Serving as Director of Brand, Marketing, and Communications, Britt is charged with increasing COR brand awareness through a strategic, data-driven program of exciting campaigns and brand experiences. Develop, manage and execute brand campaigns, projects and launches across all markets within a multichannel framework, drawing synergy across all business functions. Responsible for internal and external communications, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in implementing the COR’s marketing and communications plan.
Britt brings 7 years of experience leading new business development, planning, & evaluation efforts primarily through cultivating & coordinating strategic partnerships that support gaps in operational & programmatic infrastructure. She also worked in youth development for many years developing afterschool programs doubling organizational growth through marketing, communications, and sustainability efforts in fundraising. In her past roles in planning and strategic initiatives, she cultivated and developed new, sustainable corporate and private foundation sponsors to support revenue diversification (increasing from 2% to 22% of contributions, over three years) and secured over $1.5 million dollars in innovation investments.
Britt also served as a national conference presenter for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and ambassador of the Georgia State University School of Social Work’s MSW program. She also participated in The University of Georgia’s J.W. Fanning Institute’s Executive Leadership Program for Nonprofit Executives (ELPNO) and is a member of the Junior League of Atlanta. Britt earned a BS in Social Work from the University of Georgia and an MSW from Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy Studies.
